Babcock and Brown Wind has changed its name to become Infigen Energy.
At an Extraordinary General Meeting, security holder approval was given to the name change, effective 4 May 2009.
The business comprises interests in 41 wind farms across the continent that have a total installed capacity of approximately 2,246 MW.
